Introduction:
I know that my first blog post was quite long and wordy, but that was because I had so much to share. I don’t expect all my post to be that long, maybe just the detailed ones. In order to maintain consistency and quality, I will most likely be posting shorter reads. Thank you so much for your engagement!
Happy New Year folks!! How exciting, that we get to begin the year 2026 fresh, whether you’re one of those people who believe in new years resolutions or not. I believe the beginning of a new year presents an opportunity to reflect and self audit. It is the perfect time to address any changes that need to be made or strengthen any weaknesses. Today I want to declare what my intentions for 2026 are and I want to remind myself and others that change is inevitable, but growth is dependent on our daily choices. We need to remember that our faith can move mountains. Here are my 2026 Declarations, that turns my FAITH into FRUITION!!

I am Rooted and Established in Love
In order for a building to stand tall and firm, it must have a strong foundation. Scripture tells us that “love never fails,” and I believe this to be true. When we are founded in love, nothing so powerful can be uprooted. To be rooted in love is to nurture a childlike joy in our daily interactions. It means allowing love to guide everything we do—our actions, choices, ideas, and even our opinions. As Christians, we recognize that Christ was the embodiment of love. That is why we are instructed to be Christ-like. He established the standard of love to which we are called to live.
I declare this over my life because I want to blossom each day with kindness, patience, forgiveness and confidence. My God is my source of love, He is all powerful and limitless. Since I have His endless source of love in my life, I strive to share that with my people and strangers alike.
Ephesians 4:31-32 NIV “Get rid of all bitterness, rage, and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.”
I am Blessed and Highly Favored
I am convinced that I belong in the hands of the Most High. Blessing flow all around me, even if I don’t realize. I state this in the most wholesome way, reminding myself of this has helped me breakthrough limiting thoughts plenty of times. Whenever I feel like something is impossible or that I am undeserving, I remember whose daughter I am. My life reflects my identity in Christ. With each blessing I receive, the people surrounding me, and this wide smile on my face!! These are evidence of all the wonders He is responsible for in my life.
To trust this is true, can be rather difficult at times. Especially for myself, or anyone with self-esteem issues. It is easy to believe the lies and/or negative voices in our brain, but that is why it is important to declare this to yourself whenever they come flooding in. God never has harmful intent for His children. He wants to see us thrive in His Glory.
Luke 1:28 NIV “…Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you”
I See His goodness in the Land of the Living
Our perspective is an essential part of our daily life. Our view of the world directly affects our output in this life. Although we cannot change EVERYTHING in our lives, we have the ability to choose what we focus on. I prefer to keep a positive outlook everyday, choosing to frame my world around the way I perceive it. There is a huge difference in our quality of life depending on how optimistic we are. Each storm we face will surely pass because change is always taking place all around us. So don’t loose confidence in Him only because you can’t see the upcoming miracles in store for you.
Wait for the Lord and believe that, even though we can’t see it with our eyes, we are wrapped up in the goodness of God. He breathes life into us every waking morning. More and More blessing will flow in our life when we focus on His works.
Psalm 27:13 NIV “I remain Confident in this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.”
He Will Complete What He Started in Me
Anxiety has overtaken my life too many times, more than I’d like to admit. My aunty once told me that. “being anxious about anything is having a lack of faith in Christ.” I think about this anytime I let fear control my thoughts. Confidence is having faith that it’ll all work out in perfect completion. How can we ever enjoy the fruitage around us when we are held captive to worry and fear? While we stride on the righteous path we build the momentum we need to battle the limiting beliefs.
I want my faith to be stronger than my fear. I want to be confident that there is indeed a bigger picture and that each good work is carried to completion. Take heart and know that each prayer, all our effort will bring fruit forth.
Philippians 1:6 NIV “Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”
Finally Brothers and Sisters…
I turn my FAITH into FRUITION by declaring these truths, even though I struggle to believe them, sometimes. I speak these things into existence because I know… Proverbs 18:21 NIV “The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”
Remember, all good things… Philippians 4:6-7 NIV “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
And so on what I say will come about my life, what I believe will flow out of my mouth… Philippians 4:8-9 NIV[8] Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.” What flows out of my mouth, I will put into practice and take affect in my life. It will be good. ♡
